Esto puede provocar paradas de fermentaci\u00f3n o fermentaciones lentas y dar lugar a la producci\u00f3n de sabores y aromas desagradables en el vino. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Al medir el nivel de NFA en el mosto antes de la fermentaci\u00f3n, ser\u00e1 posible determinar si es necesario a\u00f1adir m\u00e1s nitr\u00f3geno al mosto para que la levadura funcione de la mejor manera posible.
